Rebol-Battle & Associates, LLC (“RBA”) is a Professional Engineering and Surveyors Consulting Firm serving the Florida Panhandle and surrounding areas since 2003.

Drawing on a solid background of experience and achievement, we provide Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services for both the public and private sectors, specializing in land development, public works, military and water/sewer utilities. We address all facets of a project from conception to completion while understanding the need to produce quality work within budget constraints.
